Korte omschrijving vacature:About your challenge
As Sales Customer Advisor it is your challenge to convert customer contact into bookings. Through great service you ensure that the Travel Service team reaches its team sales targets. It is your priority to answer offer related questions (warm leads) in such a way that travellers make a booking. Sharing your travel fanatic enthusiasm and destination knowledge with our travellers is your approach to closing the sale. You do this both through phone and email contact. Asking the right questions and listening to the needs you always ensure the right solution for our travellers. If needed, you support our Travel Service team on general Customer Advisor tasks. You report to the Team Lead Travel Service.

Your Tasks
  • Overall responsible for maintaining and growing the revenue from traveller bookings
  • Being a champion in sales through service
  • Answering any offer related questions from our travellers
  • Converting travellers’ offer related questions into bookings
  • Providing excellent service to our travellers
  • Positively influence traveller satisfaction (NPS) and building traveller loyalty
  • Ensuring performance on team & individual KPIs and targets
  • Coming up with ideas on how to overdeliver to our travellers
  • Serving as business lead for overall traveller relationships
  • Flagging potential offer related issues to internal stakeholders and
  • Contributing to the further growth of TravelBird.

  • You have affinity with the hospitality and travel industry
  • You are a native level Dutch and fluent English speaker
  • You live in (or around) Amsterdam or are willing to move.
