Returns Supervisor

Fulltime | Delft

Purpose of the job:

Oversee and manage all returns flows within the Benelux Market.

Key activities
  • Design and be responsible for the return process flow within the Benelux
  • KPI management and pro-active follow up on exceptions
  • Alignment with all stakeholders involved, including warehouse operation, Service department,
  • Authorized Service Centers, SCM department
  • Inventory control together with the warehouse operation
  • B/C grade sales coordination to external buyers
  • Process improvements

For this new role within the Benelux Logistics team we are looking for a candidate who can connect with the various stakeholders, has experience in Supply Chain set-up, distribution and warehousing and is eager to continuously improve daily operations. Our ideal candidate has strong communication, persuasion and analytical skills. He/she is a flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality.

We are looking for someone with:
  • A Bachelor/Master degree in Logistics/SCM
  • 0-3 years working experience in a relevant role
  • Experience with ERP system
  • A proficient level of English
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Ability to travel between our sites on a weekly basis (Tilburg, Delft, Schiphol)
