For the Breda office, Amadeus is looking for a customer focused, highly motivated and organized person to join our Professional Services team. The "Implementation and deployment Agent, RezExchange"� is initially responsible for the implementation and deployment of new and existing properties to our distribution channels to our Amadeus Channel Management.

This vacancy is to cover Maternity Leave (approx. 6 months)

In this role you will:
- Plan and execute implementation tasks: you will need to plan and execute all tasks part of an imple-mentation and liaise with customers
  • projects using our internal planning tools
  • Responsible for integrating new and existing properties to our distribution channels
  • Responsible for creating / installations new hotel databases
- Carry out data checks: you will need to carry out data checks and run test reservations for the new in-stallation
  • Data interface setup
  • Take initiative in ensuring that any challenges are correctly discussed, handled and escalated
  • Deliver implementation support
- Take ownership of RezExchange projects: you will contribute to the overall deployment process
  • Participate in client meetings to agree implementation activities
  • Work with Product Development teams to install new channels
  • Improvement with a focus on enhancing customer service
  • Communicate with support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Qualifications:
  • Hoger Beroeps Onderwijs (HBO NL) / Higher Professional Education
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry or in a customer support role
  • Fluent in Dutch (written and oral), fluent in English (written and oral)
- Soft skills:
  • Take ownership and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and remain effective
  • Excellent communication skills to be used both internally and with our customer base
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Requires high standards of administration
  • Must adhere to internal processes and project methodology
  • Self-motivated person
- Technical skills:
  • Experience with HTML / XML is a plus
